Overview
I worked on this as part of a small team. Proof turns goals into challenges with streaks and photo check-ins, backed by a social feed where friends can like and cheer each other on.
What was built
Goal and challenge tracking with streaks, check-ins, and both deadline and open-ended goals, plus the ability to archive the ones you're done with. There's a social feed for photo proof with likes, a friends system with requests and fuzzy search, in-app contact support, and a floating AI assistant, built on Letta, for quick coaching check-ins.
Architecture
Built with Expo Router (React Native, TypeScript) on Supabase for data and auth. Letta powers the AI coaching layer.
How streaks work
Looked at the actual logic instead of assuming: check in 1 day after your last one and the streak goes up by one. Go more than a day without checking in and it resets to zero automatically, no manual tracking needed. Streaks also pick up a little emoji upgrade at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days, so it feels like it is building the longer you keep it going.

Started at UC Berkeley's AI Hackathon in 2025, then the team kept building on it afterward.
